Baseball Classics 1968 St Louis Cardinals Player Chart

“At first glance (Baseball Classics Team Charts) certainly reveals the quality of the product. They are organized very well and compact. One certainly playing this way will see strengths and weaknesses within the roster that should give them a heads-up when playing their favorite team.”

Baseball Classics® Team Charts give you a beautiful bird’s-eye view of each team’s player ratings. The team charts’ color-coded ratings reveal strengths and weaknesses for hitting, pitching, bunting, stealing, base running, and fielding.  This makes creating lineups and game play much faster and easier.  All player ratings are based on the same trusty Baseball Classics time-tested algorithms to ensure pinpoint statistical accuracy with your gameplay outcomes.

Splits Team Charts Edition games are available in our Baseball Classics store including the most recent MLB Season and our popular All-Time Greats series collection of games.

A clean layout with fast and easy MLB gameplay

Baseball Classics MLB Team Charts contains up to 15 batter and 10 pitcher positions. Using our color-coded ratings, Managers make quick decisions when players are at bat, on the mound, in the field, or on base.

Baseball Classics Team Chart sliceThe front side displays each position player’s full name and batting style; a left-handed batter is red, a right-handed batter is green, and a switch-hitter is yellow.

The left side lists each position player’s Bunt, Steal, and Run using color-coded ratings. Under each position player’s name, black icons indicate the Fielding ratings.

Baseball Classics team charts with split-rows reveal player results using our simple color coding system. The top row shows batting results against a left-handed pitcher (VS. L). The bottom row displays results against a right-handed pitcher (VS. R). The results are based on the batter’s actual seasonal performance against left- and right-handed pitchers. Hits (i.e. single, double, triple, and home run) are green, walks are yellow, strikeouts are blue, and all other outs are red. The row above the color-coded results shows numbers that correlate to the sum of rolling the 3 traditional dice (3 through 18).

The back side lists the pitcher’s name and throwing style using color coding (left-handed pitchers are red and right-handed pitchers are green). Pitching results are also displayed in split rows. The top row shows pitching results when facing left-handed batters (VS. L). The bottom row shows results against right-handed batters (VS. R).

Playing without a designated hitter? Choose from the 3 Pitcher Batter hitting options while the pitcher is at bat.

Every Baseball Classics team chart is generated by using each player’s actual season stats to ensure superior statistical accuracy so players perform as they did that actual season.  Our Splits Editions with player cards or team charts share the exact same ratings.  Only Baseball Classics provides this next generation flexibility for MLB fans to choose the gameplay format they prefer!
